REACH Regulation (EC) No: 1907 / 2006

As you may be aware the new EU REACH Regulations (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals) came in to force on 1st June 2007, Only the manufacturers of substances and importers of substances from outside of the European Union are required to register the use of substances under the above regulations. Regarding substance production Digitl Ink Ltd is not acting as a substance manufacturer but as a producer of preparations and hence is not required to register any of our products. Similarly with regard to importation of substances Digitl Ink Ltd does not directly import any raw materials from outside the European Union. As a downstream user we are working with our raw material suppliers to ensure continuity of supply, ensuring that all raw materials are registered. At present we do not expect any product to be withdrawn due to the implementation of REACH. Digitl Ink Ltd can also confirm that none of the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), as listed in the ECHA list dated 15 December 2010 are used in any product. All Safety Data Sheets published by Digitl Ink Ltd comply with the new required REACH format.
